Seven Gen Systems Ltd. operates this website. This policy describes its current website data flows, including inquiries and external scheduling. Growth Guaranteed is a separate business and does not receive inquiries submitted here.
Inquiries and purposes
Our consulting and supply forms collect your name, email, optional organization, and request details to assess and respond to your inquiry. We also receive non-personal campaign codes (source, medium, campaign, term, content, rep and niche), the service requested, a submission reference and an optional promotional email preference. Do not include sensitive information or put personal details in campaign parameters. We do not require a phone number.
Delivery and service providers
Forms send their contents by HTTPS POST to our server on Vercel. Resend processes the message for email delivery to ben@sevengensystems.com in our Google Workspace business inbox. An accepted submission means the email provider accepted the request; it does not guarantee mailbox delivery. No public lead spreadsheet is created. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own terms and safeguards.
Booking a conversation
Booking links take you directly to Cal.com. They include the business and offer codes and safe campaign codes from the current visit so the inquiry source can be distinguished. Cal.com handles scheduling information under its own privacy terms. Clicking a booking link does not mean a meeting was booked; this site has no completed-booking or payment integration.
Optional email updates
Responding to your inquiry does not subscribe you to promotional emails. The separate promotional checkbox is optional and unchecked. If you select it, your preference and notice version are included in the inquiry email. No recurring promotional campaign is currently connected. You can withdraw this permission by emailing ben@sevengensystems.com without affecting a requested reply.
Analytics and browser choices
Optional analytics are currently disabled: this website sends no optional page-visit, booking-click or inquiry events to Google Analytics. No advertising pixels or session recordings are installed. The Privacy choices control lets you accept, reject or withdraw an optional analytics preference, stored only in your browser for up to six months; private browsing or browser settings may prevent that storage. Campaign codes are carried in internal and booking links without storing browsing history. Form names, email addresses, organizations and messages are never analytics event fields. Analytics activation requires an updated notice and a fresh consent choice.
Hosting, media and security
Vercel may process technical request logs including IP address, requested URL, browser information and time for hosting, security and reliability. Concept films are served through Amazon Web Services CloudFront media domains (d2ol7oe51mr4n9.cloudfront.net and d8j0ntlcm91z4.cloudfront.net), which may receive technical request information. The current pages use the site’s stylesheet and system font fallbacks; they do not request Google Fonts. Forms use a honeypot, field limits and temporary abuse counters. Hashed network identifiers in these counters are kept in a warm server instance for up to ten minutes and are not a durable lead database.
Retention and rights
Inquiry emails and any later business correspondence are kept while needed to respond, maintain the business relationship, or meet legal obligations. There is currently no automatic website inquiry deletion schedule or verified single retention period across the providers. Browser analytics preferences expire after six months. You may ask to access or correct information, request deletion, or withdraw consent where applicable by contacting ben@sevengensystems.com. We may verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained. Provider logs and email delivery records follow their provider settings; contact us for questions about those records. We do not sell personal information.
Client engagements
Data handling, AI tools, subprocessors and retention in a client engagement are documented separately for that engagement. This website policy is not a guarantee of legal compliance or Canadian data residency.
