Security approach
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Security requirements vary by system, information type and buyer. We address them during assessment and document the controls that apply to each engagement. This page describes our approach; it is not a certification or guarantee.
Current website posture
- No on-site AI chat or voice agent.
- No payment collection through this website.
- HTTPS is used for data in transit.
- External scheduling is handled through Cal.com.
How we approach client systems
- Limit access to what is required for the defined work.
- Document important data flows, integrations and third-party providers.
- Keep human approval around consequential actions.
- Separate development or test information from production information where practical.
- Remove or rotate access when work ends or roles change.
- Plan fallback and recovery paths appropriate to the system.
Responsible AI
We consider the sensitivity of inputs, suitability of a model, the consequences of error and where human review is required. We avoid presenting probabilistic outputs as guaranteed facts and do not promise fully autonomous operation where accountable human review is appropriate.
Certifications and data location
Seven Gen Systems does not currently claim ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification. Canadian data residency is not assumed; it must be selected and verified for the specific vendors and architecture used in an engagement.
Report a concern
Please send suspected security issues to ben@sevengensystems.com with enough detail for us to investigate. Do not include unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive information.
